As an office that interacts with federal government agencies that often involve sensitive information, we can only respond to concerns or questions that are officially directed by email, phone or letter mail. We will not be able to respond effectively to anonymous calls or correspondence. We will be better able to serve you if your communication includes a full name, address and postal code.

Social Media Policy
While social media pages are used to keep constituents informed about the Member of Parliament’s work, they are NOT an official channel for conducting parliamentary work or communicating with constituents. Comments, posts, tagging, or direct messages are not considered official communication with the Member of Parliament.
Our office refrains from engaging with anonymous social media profiles.
Please contact the MP’s office through the official channels by email, phone, and/or letter mail instead.
Respectful Conduct Policy
While respectful discourse is a valuable part of healthy dialoguing, it is our office policy to refrain from engaging with individuals whether by email, phone, mail, or social media, who create an unsafe or toxic environment by use of trolling or language that is foul, insulting, harassing, threatening, bullying or abusive. Blatant attacks or slander will not be tolerated.
Our office will take appropriate measures at our discretion to maintain safety and foster a culture of dignity and respect in all modes of communication.
